how we work

we work from the inside out.

Every step happens under one roof, prepress, printing, die-cutting, gluing, hand assembly, and fulfillment. No brokered handoffs, no quality slippage.

  1. step 01

    concept & creative discussion

Bring us a sketch, a brief, or just an idea. We work from the inside out, looking at what could go wrong before anything is committed to art.

  2. step 02

    structural engineering & CAD

Our engineers build the piece in CAD, solving the structural problem first so the print and finish can do their job later.

  3. step 03

    prototype & testing

Hand-cut prototypes, polished samples, and budget alignment. Most concepts develop in about two months from idea to approved prototype.

  4. step 04

    printing & finishing

Sheetfed printing on stocks from 100-pound text to 90-point board, with foil, emboss, lamination, and specialty coatings in-house.

  5. step 05

    hand assembly & quality check

Die-cutting, gluing, mounting, every piece passes through hands that have been doing dimensional work for decades.

  6. step 06

    distribution & mailing

We mail and ship from our facility, so the chain of custody stays short and your timeline stays predictable.

working with agencies

we support your agency partner, not compete with them.

We frequently partner with agencies, supporting their creative vision with structural expertise. We're an extension of your team. You bring the concept and the brand, we bring the engineering, the production, and the finish. Bring us a sketch, art file, or challenge and we'll handle the rest.

file prep & collaboration

share what you have

Sketch, flat art, brand standards, dielines, whatever stage you're at. We'll work backwards from there.

one quote, no surprises

We scope structure, print, finish, assembly, and shipping in a single quote so production costs stay transparent.

proofs that work

We provide hand-cut prototypes and printed proofs that mirror the production piece, so what you approve is what gets mailed.

from sketch to mailbox

put our process to work on your next project.

Send over a concept, a deadline, and an audience. We'll come back with a structural approach, a prototype plan, and a single quote covering print, finish, assembly, and fulfillment.
